"He came early, which was a surprise....he did call to let me know, but I was asleep at the time and didn't get the message. He knew immediately what was wrong with our garbage disposal and fixed it within a few minutes. I originally asked for a free quote, so I was taken off guard when he wanted the $45 for coming out. Had to go to the ATM to get cash. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Billy for any work that needs to be done. Very friendly and knowledgable. Also, he is very inexpensive. We thought we'd have to replace the disposal, and he said that we could pick one up for $100, and he would charge $85 to install it if need be in the future. Quite a drop in price, as we thought it'd cost about $300 for the project."

"Excellent. Electrical work in a 120 year old house in not easy at best, its a real challenge that includes working in the old attic and basement. The fans are beautiful and both working as promised. "When my previous tankless water heater died two days before Christmas, I needed a solution fast. Hurricane not only replied immediately, but had a unit reserved for me in the event I would hire them. They gave me a break on installation costs since the necessary mechanical, plumbing and electrical was already in place.
