He knew immediately what was wrong with our garbage disposal and fixed it within a few minutes. I originally asked for a free quote, so I was taken off guard when he wanted the $45 for coming out. Had to go to the ATM to get cash. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Billy for any work that needs to be done. Very friendly and knowledgable. Also, he is very inexpensive. We thought we'd have to replace the disposal, and he said that we could pick one up for $100, and he would charge $85 to install it if need be in the future. Quite a drop in price, as we thought it'd cost about $300 for the project."

Saved us alot on installaton, the battery was BOrderd kept us informed by calling.. Because he is not listed on the Generac page we could not get their offer of a free 5 year warranty even though it is not listed in their teeny print in their ad.
