One Year! Absolutely ridiculous that our project, even though it was two parts, took this long. Mark Landgrebe, the owner/salesman, is quick to get you a quote and ask for his money up front, but slow to answer any questions you as the customer may have. And he doesn?t like it when you question him on any particular piece of the project, attempting to try and understand what you are paying for. Heaven for bid you have some interest or even knowledge of electricity/batteries/construction to be involved with the project. He has NO time for the customer. There was a 3 month break in the project as he attempted to get a battery where every 2 weeks he would say, ?should arrive in two weeks?, and we found out that he didn?t have the money to purchase one. When the equipment part was finally done, we held out a little money to ensure that all was completed (since our trust was dwindling) including our app that allows us to read and monitor our system, but he never completed that part.

In business, the most important trait should be communication. The owner, Mark Landgrebe, was not a good communicator during our project. He would text or talk until the project was started and he had his/our money. Then it went days/weeks at a time between communication and always us initialing it. His favorite reply to a text was "sorry can't talk now". This is NOT the company to get the job done. Find another company, there are many out there that will actually respect you as a customer. Do your research, we didn't!! There is more to our story... like asking for more money during the project, not returning for months to complete the work, and now we have meters/app that read we export more than we produce forever. Never saw them again.
