"Went great! Signed up for initial treatment of household pests. Serviceman Dedric came out on schedule, calling beforehand to be sure I was home and to let me know he was on the way. First treatment gave AMAZING results. Before the next scheduled service date a month or so later, Dedric called to see how things were going and if I needed any interim supplies, stopping by the next day to deliver them. He just came for the one-month follow-up and treated a few more areas, though we aren't having much of an issue anymore. We are to just let him know anytime we need him to return.
