"I communicated with Ron directly and he was determined to solve our insulation problems. He had to remove drywall in our entranceway and add in insulation where there were large gaps and air was getting in. He had a worker drywall and patch up the wall. The drywall worker did an amazing job! 
Ron also fixed an ongoing issue we had in our garage ceiling that was causing our living room floor to be cold and drafty. He worked around our schedule and made multiple visits to our home to fix the issue. We are happy customers and happy to say that the problem is fixed. First treatment gave AMAZING results. Before the next scheduled service date a month or so later, Dedric called to see how things were going and if I needed any interim supplies, stopping by the next day to deliver them. He just came for the one-month follow-up and treated a few more areas, though we aren't having much of an issue anymore. We are to just let him know anytime we need him to return.
