I just finished meeting Dan for the first time. He arrived early and was fully prepared to find and resolve our rodent (field and deer mice looking for a warm place in our walls and attic to call home) problem. He was excellent (knowledgeable and competent) and extremely personable. By the time he was half-way done, I decided to switch pest control vendors and signed up for a full annual program of insect and rodent pest control. Dan switched focus and after identifying and addressing the points of entry, he did a full indoor/outdoor service call... baits and traps for the mice and a full interior/perimeter treatment. It's only been 1 visit but I recommend Dan highly!

Dan showed up on time and did a VERY thorough job. He went above and beyond what I expected and we are mosquito FREE

Bugman Dan is great. We had issues with ants. I made calls out to all companies in the area. Dan called back that afternoon. Everyone else took 2-3 days. Prices are excellent. Then about 6 months later we had a mouse run thru the house gave Dan a call. He was there the next day, a Sunday, to do what he does best.

Connelly is the best! I had a mouse problem and he was able to come out the same day I called (on Good Friday, even!), found all the possible entry points, patched everything up, and within 3 days I went from having a lot of mice to no mice at all. And as an added bonus, I've noticed less of a draft through the house courtesy of patches on places where mice probably couldn't get in but the wind sure could. You might find someone to do the work cheaper, but you won't find anyone to do it better.

Dan is very detail oriented and defined above and beyond with his quality of work and service. He came back for not 1 but 2 follow ups after some initial work to combat a house mice issue, and all seems resolved. Very kind and helpful all around!

Dan is very professional and friendly. He came out the same day as my call and was accommodating of my schedule for his follow up visit. He took his time and was very thorough. He sealed off gaps around the perimeter of my house and found some that I would have never found myself. He successfully addressed the mice situation in my basement and attic. I would not hesitate to use him again and would definitely recommend him.

They were able to schedule my appointment for same day, Daniel came out to my home and was very thorough and kind and respectful. He didn t try to offer me any services that were not necessary, The cost was better than most and very quality work. I highly recommend them.

Dan was very professional and thorough. He came out on three separate occasions to help eliminate mice that had gotten into our 80 year old stone home. The evaluation concluded that multiple areas needed to be attended to and blocked off to reduce entry points for the little guys. Dan worked at our home for a good 8 hours and even went above and beyond by ripping out poop (mouse) infested insulation under this room that had been an addition. Dan examined the construction of the room and even fixed the spots where original crew had cut corners. The whole area under the house was flooded and Dan left us his fan to run to dry it out to salvage the wood and prevent it from growing mold and mildew. He set traps in high risk areas (attic, basement) as well as capture traps on the outside exterior of the property. My husband and I felt fully confident in Dan’s assessment and follow up work to eradicate the mice. The third visit, Dan returned to assess the traps as well as to disinfect the area that had been laden with mice dropping infested insulation. We also had him spray the exterior perimeter for an ant problem we were experiencing. I am the one who deals with the money and I didn’t know what to expect but I did know that Dan had put in close to 18 hours of work on our house so I tried to factor all this into things when I was trying to anticipate what to plan for financially. I am still in a bit of shock of the final cost but I feel that Dan was worth the money based on his time, commitment, and going above and beyond what other rodent control specialists do. I just hope we can call him again to check our traps because I seriously hate the fact that these poor mice have their necks broken by the traps. I think I would have preferred catch and release traps and next time I will be sure to mention that to Dan because I my intention is not kill any living thing; I just don’t want them taking up residence in my house!

We had a really positive experience with Connelly pest control. We had mice in the walls and attic and Dan made sure to plug up every hole and took the time to really care about our situation. I have hired so many contractors in our home and this company went above and beyond.

Dan was really great. Such great customer service. We had mice in the attic and he went up to look around and came down with some photos showing what we were dealing with. He also did a thorough inspection outside of the house and even the basement and garage to be sure there was no infestation there. Thankfully there was not. He treated for the mice the first day and also plugged up some holes in the house that we could barely see so that no more mice could get in. Dan returned 2 weeks later to do another treatment. It seems the problem is cleared up now, but if it starts again I will be happy to have Dan come by again.

Dan came out within a day for a deer mouse in the attic that we discovered when we took out the Christmas decorations. He was extremely thorough and creative in his approach and takes a ton of pride in his work. Inspected every nook and cranny of the home and sealed every crack and crevice. Price was very reasonable - we signed on for quarterly service too! Can t recommend him enough!
