"I casted a huge net and got quotes from a lot of companies. AFS sent Eric out to give me a estimate. With in minutes I knew this guy was smarter than the average bear. Some other companies were only there 5 min. This guy clearly had some sort of engineering back ground. The work order he drew up was exactly what I need done no more no less. The total was about a thousand cheaper than every one else. Then came the work crew. You talk about fast and efficient. These guys had everything laid out, unloaded and started digging with in minutes. The Forman went over the game plan and what to expect. 3 hrs later they were done, my house was back perfect, you couldn’t even tell than had been there. AFS Exceeded my expectations from the top to bottom. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my house but them."

"I had a small but complicated, hard to access, and structurally essential repair job on a 60-year-old concrete deck attached to my 280-year-old Pennsylvania limestone farmhouse. I contacted several masons listed for my area on Home Advisor, and included Mr. Grady as a long shot -- I read about his expertise with historical structures and wished I had access to such an expert craftsman, but I didn't think he'd be interested in my teeny job and assumed I wouldn't be able to afford him anyway. He was the first one to return my call and to look at the job, and I thought his price was fair. I believe now it was way more than fair, considering the time he spent. He did extensive research, going over a structural engineer's report I had done previously on the deck and even examining the original architectural drawings and materials invoices from 1959. He showed up at least three times to complete the repair in stages, and has been back a half a dozen times since then to check the job -- and my location is not exactly in his neighborhood. He accepted only enough payment in advance to pay for lodging for himself and his assistant when they stayed nearby one night in order to be there early the next morning. He gave and continues to give free advice about preserving my stone house and patio. If you prod him a little, he might even share some of his personal philosophy, earned over a lifetime of work that is clearly more of an art form than a job to him. Overall, I'd say you can hire one of many competent contractors and get an adequate job, or you can hire Mr. Grady and get superior work by someone who cares about your property as much as you do."

"I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease.     When it came closer to my project date, Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete.
    I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.

"Everything about this project went the way we wanted it to. We cannot imagine how it could have gone any better. We needed the work to be done in the shortest time window possible since a disabled parent had to be temporarily located to another part of house during the work. "Chris and his crew were excellent. The extent of Chris' knowledge was quite impressive. He made me feel like I was finally in good hands by showing and thoroughly discussing everything he found. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. They were courteous and cleaned up, leaving my property cleaner than when they arrived.
