"I purchased an Angie's List deal in Dec. 2012 for two hours of service. Unfortunately, my parents became terminally ill and I spent the next four years caring for them and put all my deals in a drawer and forgot about them. I dug them out recently and called thinking I would just pay the difference. Jeff was extraordinary - He honored the deals instead of just honoring the face value which was his right. Jeff was very responsive and came to do the work in a few days time. I forgot the screws for the brackets and he ran to Home Depot to get them. Anyone else would've rescheduled. He did a beautiful job with the brackets and tile removal (no damage). It is rare these days to find a service provider with such a work ethic coupled with upstanding character and customer focus. "I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.

"Great. They return phone calls and show up when they say they will. You should be clear with them if you want to be contacted by phone, email or text. The first time they didn't have a tall enough ladder (my house is unusually tall) and said they'd return the next day to do the job, and sure enough they were back the next day at 9am. The handyman was also very friendly. I definitely plan on calling them in the spring for some projects I'll need done then."

"I had Montco Fence install a new vinyl hand rail, additional vinyl porch railing  and replace existing wood porch supports. The vinyl railing was very sturdy (not like the cheap HD/Lowes stuff) and was anchored very securely. The wood posts were pressure treated and wrapped in the same quality vinyl with decorative trim on the top and bottom. Overall, very pleased with the installation, products and the pricing for this project. Would use this company again in the future."
