Best custom home builders near Barto, PA

"Our project was very professionally executed by Dan and his son. Great job guys! We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. Our project required removing existing interior walls, building new interior walls, moving/replacing an interior closet door, removing a portion of existing wall to wall carpeting, installing new vinyl plank flooring in its place, and last but not least - within an existing wall, creating a custom snug-fitting, recessed, exactly-flush-mounted television w/sound bar area for us. Reichardt Remodeling fulfilled all the requirements of our project on-time, within budget, and with precision. The finished space is exactly what we need and we're enjoying it very much. Several product and design recommendations made by Dan and his son throughout the project make the space better than we anticipated. We would most definitely hire Reichardt Remodeling again and we certainly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals in the remodeling business."

"The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. He was extremely conscientious and reliable and that's why we have just hired Ramsey Builders for our addition that is underway now. The bathroom renovation went great and we have all the confidence in the world in Ramsey Builders."

"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!

"Sy Builders could not have done a better job from start to finish. Everything was done with professionalism, extreme precision and with the customer in mind at all times. Sy and his team certainly made any bumps in the road easy to handle with consistent lines of communication between all parties. Trouble shooting was made easy and the entire project was completed with flawlessness and excellence. Myself and my family could not have been happier with Sy Builders and the finished product. This was not my first rodeo of dealing with builders. Many say a lot of things. A few key takeaways regarding Sy Builders; they stand by their work, they strive for excellence at all times, and Sy is ALWAYS available for communication regarding any and all issues. You simply don't find that with just any builder. I highly recommend Sy Builders for any projects you may have!"

"I wanted to construct and extension on my home so I called Arius and the engineers came out and assessed my property and proposed a few different options that meet my needs. They helped me select the optimal design which meet my needs and within my budget. The design and construction was executed flawlessly and remained within our pre negotiated price and schedule. I was very pleased with their work."

"We called Gennaro after a plumber cancelled on us in the middle of a large bathroom remodeling project we had planned over a month in advance involving tile work from a separate contractor. We needed somebody immediately and few plumbers could handle such a large job at all, and almost everybody had limited help and were already booked. Fortunately Gennaro has a large team and was able to accommodate our needs. He was far more knowledgeable on all matters than the original plumber we had lined up. Best of all, Gennaro's company specializes in a vast array of home remodeling and renovation services. Since he also rehabs homes, Gennaro has a crew skilled in most areas.

Throughout the course of the job, Gennaro showed up on time and worked until the job was done. He made sure to have enough manpower on site to get the job done as quickly as possible. He paid attention to detail and ensured that every aspect of the job was handled properly and according to code. The quality of the work was superb and the experience was pleasant. It is nice to have a trustworthy contractor in the area capable of handling jobs of all sizes."

"Very well. I had doors that were not properly installed by big box store, despite asking their so-called contractor to come back to fix properly several times. 24/7 Handyman took the time to fix them properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
