When we embarked on our home addition project to repurpose our existing 2 car garage as new living areas and add a new 3 car garage, we interviewed 3-5 contractors and ultimately selected JM Drafting & Contracting. We chose them after reviewing a similar project in neighboring Blue Bell. They did an excellent job; along the project Jimmy was responsive, provided insight on weekly project tasks and offered details to ensure our needs and building plans were met. Overall, we are beyond pleased with the finished product and how well the project went. "AWESOME!!! They very friendly and very PROFESSIONAL. They complied with all my needs and still were very friendly after I made multiple color changes and new ideas up to the day before they started, I had them install a new roof, siding, gutters, front door, plus storm door and new windows (that had to be reframed do to size change that I wanted ) I would recommend them to anyone pricing was better then 3 other companies that I had come to my home."

"John and Nick were very responsive to requests and were always punctual and worked 6 days a week for months to finish our job. They came back multiple times to finish “punch list” items including caulking, trim, and paint touch ups. Sometimes I had to be involved in problem solving some of the hiccups that arose but often John and Nick also came with solutions to problems. Sometimes John and Nick informed us after the fact that something we asked them to do was “extra” so I would recommend establishing early and clearly to have change orders or confirmations of changes that cost extra, but even still for the work they did they completed and the quality we think the price was reasonable and fair. 


Now we are in our beautiful new home and are so so happy with what we have gotten thanks to John and Nick at JJ Construction- we couldn’t be happier and would recommend them for any job.

"Everything about this project went the way we wanted it to. We cannot imagine how it could have gone any better. We needed the work to be done in the shortest time window possible since a disabled parent had to be temporarily located to another part of house during the work. Dan and his son were able to schedule us in and he completed the work extremely quickly. The quality of the work on all aspects is outstanding! Most remodeling projects sometimes present some challenges and surprises. Dan is very flexible and creative in helping come up with the best solution that keeps the project near the cost and time targets. Dan has a positive and friendly approach to his work. "The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. He was extremely conscientious and reliable and that's why we have just hired Ramsey Builders for our addition that is underway now. The bathroom renovation went great and we have all the confidence in the world in Ramsey Builders."

"MCG Construction did an excellent job on repairing the foundation and walls of our garage. Great communication throughout the process. Very professional workmen and great quality work. Their quote and total price for the project was far less than another company that suggested completely demolishing the old garage and building a new one. The final price of MCG's garage work was less than what they estimated it would be, because after removing parts of the garage they discovered there was already a foundation that they could build upon instead of having to excavate and pour a new foundation. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely use them again."
