"We hired J&J Abatement and Demolition for what *seemed* to be a straightforward vermiculite removal in the attic of our newly purchased home. Jay and his partner started on the removal and discovered more than double the amount of vermiculite than was seen during the estimate. Jay was incredibly reasonable given the added square footage and did such a thorough job.
