"The customer paid us for the amount of debris we removed from his home. The customer asked us to come back for more. A day or two before this scheduled pick up, we received a text from this customer stating he did not have the money. Once I informed the customer, due to his distance, we couldn't just do the rest for free. We even offered to help him, the next time we were in the area to save some money. As you see above, the customer did not like this. He wanted his money back from the original trip. We offered to return the money and bring back the debris. He then stated to keep it."
