They professionally declined to skip that important step but were at my house early the next day. They were empathetic to my need for new carpeting as I ripped it out of the fixer upper in need of tlc because no carpeting was a huge improvement. Luckily they had a day off between jobs and fit me in within a week. I am calling them back today because I know they will help me with the home Maintenace that has been let go for years."

It’s very hard to find a good contractor / handyman that you can call on the fly it takes months for them to get back to me but not these guys they are very reliable . Although he wasn’t able to complete all of the jobs I initially requested, he made sure to prioritize the bathroom toilet that my senior mother uses so we wouldn’t be left in a bind. He showed me exactly what the issue was — a simple tube had come loose — and even demonstrated how I could fix it myself if it ever happened again.
