"The work was completed as promised on time. I was happy with the level of communication as we went through the project because there were some things that had to be corrected as the project progressed. Everything was able to be addressed and there were no additional costs."

"We hired Barranco Brothers to do caulking around some of our house's front windows. They did an excellent job and explained the process thoroughly before executing. We greatly appreciated all their hard word and going the extra mile for the job. Looking forward to seeing the rest of project completed in the spring. Thank you!"

"Everything from inquiring about the service offered to the completion of the job was seem less. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful when I wasn’t making decisions on what colors to paint home. All work was done in a timely manner. I can’t say enough nice things about these people!! "Terrence and his staff are very personable and professional. I had a great experience with them. Things started off a bit shaky, but Terrence is a man of integrity and resolved our issue to my satisfaction immediately. His goal is to please his customers and that speaks volumes when dealing with a business owner. I hired him to install security cameras and hang blinds in my bedroom, they did a great job and were very efficient, my husband thought they were a bit pricey but in the end even he was satisfied with the way Terrence handled things and didn't mind the price because of the above and beyond customer service."

Caulking Services FAQs, answered by experts

To install or move washer and dryer hookups, you will likely need a combination of professionals. A plumber can handle the water supply lines and drain pipes. If you have a gas dryer, a plumber certified for gas lines or an HVAC specialist will be needed to run the gas line. An electrician is required to install the correct electrical outlets. For simpler jobs, a local handyperson may suffice, while a contractor might be needed for tasks like drywall repair for the new vents.

After cutting Corian® to the right size, you may have to attach it to another piece of Corian®, either at a corner or another seam. One way to create the tightest seam is to place the two pieces of Corian® on a level surface at ⅜-inch apart. Run a router in between the two slabs to create an identical edge on both pieces. Then use the proper DuPont Joint Adhesive for your type of seam and countertop to join the Corian® together.

Yes, you can use a dremel tool to cut plexiglass. Follow the instructions under “How to Cut Plexiglass with a Saw,” and use a dremel tool with a 561 bit instead of a saw.

If a contractor is in breach of your contract, sometimes it is possible to collect damages for unreasonable delays. However, such claims can be expensive and difficult to prove. If there’s a way to complete the work and maybe negotiate for a discount for some of the inconvenience, that might be a simpler and cheaper way to resolve any disputes.

You can tackle hanging Christmas lights yourself with the right tools, accessories, and a trusted friend or neighbor. You’ll need to purchase a ladder ($100 to $300), clips ($10 to $20), hooks ($10 to $15), and lights ($25 to $100 per string).

Otherwise, you should hire a trusted holiday light installer near you. You’ll pay an average price of $200 to $650, but you’ll have peace of mind knowing that the job is done correctly and safely.
