Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. "It went quite well, considering the weather. The owner and his help had to work through rain, snow and especially mud. But they worked on and the end result was quite amazing. First, I couldn't believe how well built the deck was. I think it could withstand an earthquake. The steps and a landing are of the same high-quality workmanship.
