Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. "Very professional crew and transaction.  Not the lowest price but most professional of all the companies that I met with.  Roof was a challenge due to existing windows on house, needed to get enough roof pitch but also wanted certain look.  Construction Factory was able to achieve this for me.  Look of the project from structural perspective is great.  Only flaw is the finish metal work is not top notch.  Everything else on the project was great.  I would use them again if I had another similar project."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"We hired Diamond Construction to build a kitchen addition onto the back of our 100 year old house. They converted our old kitchen into a half bath and added a deck. Rich Hubner gave us the most detailed bid and explained where we might run into issues because weight-bearing walls would have to change when we opened up the back of the house. There were bumps in the road, as can be expected, but these were handled promptly. They always kept us in the loop on delays and cost overages, which were all reasonable and appropriate. The owners of the company are brothers, Rich manages the project and the Doug is onsite doing the work with one or two others. We were very happy with their subcontractors for plumbing and electrical and will use them again. Even the neighbors liked them. The Diamond Construction team is great to work with. They are clean, reliable and do excellent work. We could not be happier."
