"We hired Anthony to perform a bathroom and basement remodel. I can't say enough about how pleased we are in every aspect of Anthony and Mark's work, cost and professionalism. The communication and reliability was always timely, thorough and just excellent, which are things that lack in a lot of contractors we have dealt with in the past. Although we had many challenges during the job, Anthony handled them all with flexibility. It was a true collaboration from beginning to end. They delivered a final product that left us extremely satisfied. - Price o During the initial quoting phase Brian was extremely responsive. Of the roughly 10 contractors that were willing to quote our work scope, Brian’s estimate was one of the most competitive. o Throughout the entire process he held to the base price. He was willing to accommodate on several occasions for small changes (i.e. paint colors, window placement, etc.), was reasonable for changes outside of work scope after the contract was awarded (change of countertop material, change in wiring) and worked with us when unexpected items arose (ceramic sub-floor). - Quality o The work that was conducted surpassed our expectations. A majority of the work was done correct the first time. That which wasn’t (minor paint touchups) were immediately corrected. Brian was always willing to accommodate our requests and never made us feel as though anything that we asked was unreasonable. - Responsiveness o Brian met with us weekly to walk through our project on a weekly basis. We would review the work that was completed and examine the upcoming work scope. He was always available via phone to address any of our concerns and attentive to email as well. - Punctuality o See above. The crew was able to complete the project in the agreed upon 3.5 month timeline. - Professionalism o Brian and his sub-contractors were all very courteous and professional. For a family with two young children (1 & 3), they made the process as painless as possible. Everyone did excellent work and were very accommodating with our schedules."

"We were the designers on the job for the Kitchen and Pantry of a recent home addition project. We worked closely with Diamond Construction on all of the details. His eye for detail was great. "This was my third time working with this contractor and each project was a pleasurable experience! As was the case with the other two, they started this project on time and finished on time! All the work was done according to strict Mount Lebanon code. They made suggestions based upon their experience i.e we wanted a six foot high shadow box fence but while Mount Lebanon code allows for a six foot high privacy fence of just about any style, they do not allow, by code, a six foot high shadowbox fence. Steve Hilpert proceeded to build us a 4 foot high shadowbox fence (the maximum height allowed by code) with a custom built 2 foot high trellis section which Mount Lebanon subsequently approved. The fence looks beautiful!
I was nervous about cutting a big hole in the wall of our addition to install the sliding glass door. Now the door looks like it has been there all along! It came out PERFECTLY!
The deck is also beautiful and solid as a rock! We had an issue with the location of our two central air conditioning units off the back of the house. The other contractors (which I found here on Angie's List as well) said they would just build over these units. Not knowing anything about central air conditioning this seemed reasonable to me. Steve was the ONLY contractor who told me that you absolutely CAN NOT block the air flow above the units! Not only that, he was honest enough to tell me that moving the units should be done by a qualified HVAC contractor. Now that is a contractor you can trust!
All work was completed on time and within budget. The same crew arrived early each day and were polite and professional. The job site was spotless at the end of each day!

"A year ago, they probably started to do the work at the end of last December 2012. I believe that it paid around $20000. Not quite an awning, it was just that our roof did not have an extra foot of the back of it, protect from water getting into our windows and going down through the sidings, our house was made with that one. So, it was an extra foot that was in the back of the entire roof. They were very reliable and friendly. Some of the days were down and select the 20 of last December when they were working and they still would show up and do it much because they could in the freezing cold. Now, as well, there was one little issue we had after everything was done about a week later, something is trying to look a little bit loose, we called them up, they sent somebody out immediately to fix the problem. They had occurred for us. They did a really nice job with the siding, everything looks great, and they work in the freezing cold and came as they needed to, definitely for few hours each day, as much work as they put down as they could. We had people come as well and they were still like all comfortable to everybody that came. They did a really nice job."
