"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!

"It went great. These guys are extremely hard working and actually did some small repairs that they discovered that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend them for any project you might have and would definitely hire them again. Their prices were VERY reasonable. Considering the amount of work I had done, they cleaned up the property when they were finished and it looks as if no one had been here. "I LOVE MY NEW BASEMENT!!! I choose Frain construction from 3 other estimates. They were not the highest or lowest, but provided more services for the cost...I'm so glad we choose them. The Frain team, let by Butch came in, told me that it would take 1 month to finish, they would show up at about 7am and work until 3pm. They were true their word and everyday I saw all the work they accomplished. They even finished up a week in advance. Butch is a very competent contractor. He knows his stuff. He noted some issues with my electrical and fixed them appropriately. His attention to detail created an even better space than I imagined. I highly recommend them!"

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
