Koda Contracting & Excavating

This gentleman did a good job on the excavation - he removed shrubs and trees that we needed removed.  The problem arose when he said that he could build a garage in approximately 3 months.  However, he worked on it for about 3 months, and then we lost contact with him.  It was finally finished just a couple weeks ago.  (It took a year.)  He dodged phone calls, and at the end of the project did not even clean up excess materials or garbage when he left.  A subcontractor did some damage to the yard, which Koda said they would fix with their tractor before they left, but they did not.  Also, he was rude to his workers and also to us toward the end of the project.
