"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. "It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. And when we weren't sure about what would look best, he was ready with a recommendation that we were more than happy to take - and every recommendation ended up looking beautiful. As well as putting up the subway tile back splash, he created a surround for the window and some of the doorways that needed new trim. I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

"Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak.
