My husband & I bought the sink and faucet ourselves. We bought the wrong colored grout & our installer replaced it for free. Aaron came to my house, answered all my questions, tested my water and recommended the two units I had installed. Dave did the installing and did an excellent job. "Advised there would be a hole in the wall that I would need to repair after replacing and installation. Wish I would have known that prior. Not sure if that is my negligence? Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. All in all it was quick and we have a functional water faucet.

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."

"Mark does an overall good job. He underestimated the length of one of the tasks, creating a sense of greater expectation in us. I wonder, as he is being hired for a certain number of hours, that there may not be as much of an incentive to work quickly. I did a lot of prep, so as to facilitate his work. When he left halfway on the second day for an hour to dispose the trash, it disrupted the momentum of the day and left me wondering of the objective. He should have just waited until near the end. Also, log his time during the project; he came out at the end a little sour about spending more than the 16 hours. Nevertheless, he did an overall great job of what he did do. I am a little hesitant about using him again, unless everything is clear up front."

"We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match.We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!

"I found them a very delightful human being. The installation went well except the plunger which didn't work. They assured me that there were coming back to fix that, but they haven't been back yet. I had them booked for the next job. They did such a great work that my daughter is interested to hire them. I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody. They were fast and efficient. They did a terrific work. I enjoyed having them here. I certainly would not have anybody else come in their place. They have a lifetime customer as long as they come back to fix the plunger. The price is a bit higher than the other quotes that I had, but I would rather pay more and have it done correctly."
