"Peter wrote out a contract with a timeline. They started on time and ended on time, sticking to the timeline, even though we added in the ceiling work for the two extra stories of the house.
Ivy, the designer, came up with a design that captured what we asked for. It was great to see what it may look like before we even started the project. That gave us confidence to move forward with our decisions.
Peter or Ivy were there every day on site to check in. We felt they were devoted to the process.Peter sent us photos every day, showing us the work that had been done. we were on vacation at the start, so having those photos was very important to our state of mind at the time. The later photos were good to have, as my husband wasn't always in town and he was able to see it from afar, as well.
When we had questions they were answered timely and politely.
The crew was careful to protect our house and the work as they went. They were polite and courteous throughout the process as well.
Everything came out looking great, it is high quality and we are very pleased with the final outcome.

I bought the service through Angie's List and the pricing was in line with other places I used this type of service. We talked about the spring turn on and what other services they might provide. It's a small system that needs some tweaking and heads that need fixing. They asked if I"d like to be on their spring turn on list - and that is a definite YES!  Makes it easy for me because I don't have to think about it and try to find their contact info. I had a service I used for years at a another location and I always had to chase them down to get the sprinkler taken care of.  This was easy peasy, friendly, informative, professional.

"We decided that it was time to switch out a few light fixtures throughout the house.  My friend highly recommended this company to me as she has used them a few times in the past and was very happy with their work.  
I emailed Neil and he phoned me the next day.  I told him what I needed done and we set up an appointment.  The electrician showed up - he was about 30 minutes late due to an accident on the 217 so that was reasonable excuse to me.  He switched out the light fixtures, installed the dimmer and replaced the outlet.  He was very professional and very nice.  When he was done, he cleaned up and took away the boxes and old fixtures for me.  
We will definitely use them again in the future.
