"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. I called at 9am and they had a man, Tyson, available.  By 11am he was out and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem.  Cut it out and reconnected the wires securely.  He was familiar with the old wiring, knew how to deal with the old fixture, and I didn't have to purchase a new fixture.  No parts involved.  The previous company I called said I would have to purchase an upgraded fixture and have it available before they would even come out. Tyson saved me a lot of personal time and effort and was well worth the minimum $85 service call.  The other company was $105 for the first hour of diagnosis.

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
