We installed new path and tree lighting in the front yard, and around the pond in our backyard. Oregon Outdoor Lighting did an amazing job and they take customer service to a whole new level! Ryan Schulze, Design and Sales Consultant, is the consummate professional. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us to figure out different options to stay within our budget. He made us feel very confident in our decision to choose OOL for our lighting project. Courtney Villanueva, Office & Finance Coordinator, followed up within a day of signing the contract to schedule the job. She called the day before the installation to confirm. The installers showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day to get the job done. They were professional and very friendly. We had an issue with one of our existing lights a couple of days after the installation of the new lights. We called Ryan and he came out right away to take a look and had his crew back within 24 hours to fix the problem. Most companies can learn a thing or two about customer service. Oregon Outdoor Lighting has it figured out! Hands down one of the best buying experiences we've had since moving to the area five years ago.

Our experience was awesome. Ryan S came out and gave a very impressive and convincing presentation. After he did the design work the installers came out and did a fantastic job. It turned out better than we expected. We are in the process of buying a new house and will call Ryan, once we have some landscaping.

The installation was performed on time and exceeded our expectations. We later requested an adjustment on the direction of one particular light fixture, and that took the company three weeks to correct, giving them a 'B' grade for responsiveness.

OOL came, quoted, and executed professionally and personably. The actual repair came out to less than the quote. As a courtesy, they rearranged loads to tune the system load for LEDs, rather than halogens. We will definitely use them again.

Kyle and the team at Oregon Outdoor Lighting did a tremendous job with our lighting. They provided a very quick response to my email and set up a visit to our house for the next week. Kyle understood exactly what we needed and provided us multiple options to meet those needs. He brought over lights for me to look at when I was having trouble deciding with the pictures online. The installation crew was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. One of the members had helped design some of the newer inground driveway lights that we chose. There were no issues with installation and the clean up with spotless. We and our neighbors absolutely love the new lights. They installed driveway, spotlights on the house and path lighting. We chose a little more expensive styles but the prices did not seem to be out of sync for the quality and durability. If there are any issues, they will return and take care of whatever problems arise. We would highly recommend them!

They did a great job. They advised the appropriate use of light and it was great advise. We originally wanted quite a bit more lighting but they appropriately advised us to go with less lighting and they were right. We love the end result.

They came to look at the property and we discussed what I wanted to do. He gave me a quote right away. It was a lot more than I wanted to spend but he worked with me and we fine tuned the project to get it to where I could afford it. I can also add onto the lighting later. They were wonderful to work with and Riley was there every step of the way! I would definitely use them again!

We called Oregon Outdoor Lighting because of the good reviews on Angie's List, and we weren't disappointed. The original contact came from Ryan, the general manager, who not only described their lighting system in detail but also set up an actual working model of what he'd suggest. How amazing to see exactly what we would be getting and to make changes as we wanted!







Despite some delay because of frozen ground, the install went very well. The technicians were knowledgeable, competent, and quick. They left everything in order when they completed the work.







We were most pleased that Ryan remained accessible throughout the process. He returned for a walk-through when the work was complete and agreed that we needed to add one more light. The system came with certain guarantees, and we are confident that the company will be there for us should a problem arise.



 



This seems like a very sincere, trustworthy company with enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable employees. Thanks to Ryan's good sense of design, our new lights are beautiful and certainly increase safety on our stairs. We would not hesitate to use Oregon Outdoor Lighting again or to recommend them to others.
