"the designer made three visits to the home and we made two visits to the showroom. The designer extended a lot of effort to make sure we were happy with the pattern and material.   when we reccived the drapery material and it was installed we were satisfied with the front window but the roman shades were obviously poorly made and didn't fit the windows.  We pointed that out and after a lot of discussion the shades were replaced. we finally settled on a type of shade that could have been better quality.   The firm gets an A for effort but a C for quality.  
Would we use this firm in the future?  We really liked the people involved but we  would have liked better quality for the money.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted !
