Kevin and Patrick were fantastic to work with! They gave me the best service and quickly put my house back together! I canâ t thank them enough for helping me and my family have our home back!!!

Got a call to schedule within 5 minutes of submitting request (results may vary). Pro was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Was able to take an inconspicuous sample of the ceiling for testing and we discussed what to expect pending test results. If asbestos is present I will plan to have them back for abatement services.

Kevin called right away and we made an appointment for the next day to have my bedroom floor checked for asbestos the testing went quickly and Kevin explained the process and answered my questions. Very professional and friendly. Now waiting for the results and depending on what results are will go to next step.

I would definitely recommend them for any kind of restoration project you have. They came in the very next day after the fire we had and got right to work, even though it was Thanksgiving.

I didnâ t know what category/project to pick... I had a bit of a water leak incident in the kitchen and was worried about mold. They came out right away, on a weekend holiday, and provided equipment to get it cleaned up and dried out. There was an equipment issue that led to more water, but they immediately made it right. I expect contractors, etc to mess up about 95% of the time and what sets them apart is how they handle it. These guys seemed very professional and polite. I a  m still a little concerned about mold, but I know they will come back out and check on things if needed :)

We had a couple units with some water loss issues Vancouver Restoration was attentive to our needs as well as our tenants needs. Fast efficient clean. Would highly recommend

I suspected mold after i had a leak under my bathroom sink that went unnoticed. Little did i know that the mold was underneath the sink and in the walls. Vancouver Restoration came out promptly, tested the area and removed the mold. I would recommend them highly.

They came in and did an awesome job in a timely fashion.
