Very professional crew. The job was done on time in the sweltering heat and everything was cleaned up completely afterward. The gutter system was a huge improvement over the existing system. The new drains are much more efficient. The price was set over the phone based upon my measurements. It wasn't the lowest bid of the three I had done, but 5 Star was able to start the job in just a couple days. Great work!

The visit with the owner for the estimate was very enjoyable and beneficial. Within a week or two we called him back to accept his bid. The actual job was to be done in two stages -- removal of old gutters was done just before our house painters began work repaintin the entire exterior of the house; the installation of the new gutters was done after the painters completed their job. The installation was done at a time when we were not home, and an invoice left on the door; the work was done very well without any damage to the new paint job. I mailed a check to pay for the job.

In retrospect, I wish that the owner had returned to do a walk-around with me; I might have remembered about the splash guard that he and I had discussed. I was not charged for a splash guard, but I would have probably remembered to discuss it with him during the walk-around; as it was, I didn't remember about it until several week later, at which time I called him, had to leave a message, and did not get an answer back -- I have not tried again to contact him.

The quality of the materials and labor seems excellent; I would have liked to get the splash guard work done at the same time as the rest of the installation.

Went perfectly, no complaints.

I appreciated the promptness of the initial meeting. Mr. Johnson was showed me all the possibilities for gutter covers and was very honest about how well they would work. He didn't try and sell me more than I needed, and in fact, where I can easily reach the gutters to clear them, he recommended that I not put covers on them. The workers came within two days as I was told. They were efficient and not here more than two hours. I will call this company again when I need my gutters cleared.

GUTTER WAS CORRODED AND IN BAD SHAPE, WAS ABLE TO MATCH PRETTY CLOSE TO EXISTING GUTTER. REMOVED OLD GUTTER AND INSTALLED NEW GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. FAST AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

WE THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, THEY DID THE JOB THAT WE PAID THEM TO DO AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING OF MY GUTTERS. THEY LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN. IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AND I'VE BEEN PLEASED WITH HOW LONG THEY HAVE STAYED CLEAN.

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY VERY HELPFUL AND PRICES WERE FINE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND HELPFUL. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME PROMISED AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME. IF THERE WAS A QUESTION ABOUT A PARTICULAR AREA WAS TO LOOK THEY CONSULTED ME AS TO MY PREFERENCE BEFORE CONTINUING.

WE HAD SOME DOWNSPOUTS REPLACED ON THE GUTTERS AT OUR HOME THEY WERE DAMAGED. THE WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB THEY WERE HERE FOR A SHORT TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.

THEIR EFFORT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND ASSESS MY NEEDS WAS IMMEDIATE. THE COLOR DOWNSPOUTS BRILL'S CHOSE WERE AN EXCELLENT COLOR MATCH TO THE HOME--COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER. I BELIEVE THEM TO BE VERY FAIR, IE WHEN I ASKED ABOUT GUTTER SCREENS, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF MONEY, AS NO PRODUCT YET TESTED COULD KEEP FIR NEEDLES OUT. THEREFORE, I FELT THEIR HONESTY SAVED ME MONEY.

THIS COMPANY WAS ALRIGHT, THEY COULD IMPROVE ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE, THEY WERE NOT TO FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY DID THE JOB WHILE WE WERE AT WORK AND WERE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED WITHOUT US BEING THERE TO EXPLAIN.

THEY WERE QUICK WORKERS WHO SHOWED THAT THEY HAD PRIDE IN THERE WORK. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT QUALITY JOB, SHOWING PROFESSIONALISM, LOYALTY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PROFESSIONALISM. HAD POSITIVE ATTITUDES WITH GREAT WORK ETHICS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

WE THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ALL SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL TO WORK WITH. THEY ARRIVED AT OUR HOUSE AT OUR SCHEDULED TIME, WHICH IS IMPORTANT. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. WE RECENTLY MOVED TO CA, BUT WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IF WE WERE STILL IN THE AREA. WE HAVE NOT LIVED IN CA LONG ENOUGH TO HAVE HAD ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANIES HERE.

THEY WORKED WITH US TO CHOOSE THE BEST COLOR FOR OUR HOUSE. THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKER THAN WE EXPECTED. THEY ALSO DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP.
