This company is absolutely awful, they wont tell you how much they're going to charge and they'll break your ****! They came out to our house to fix a wobbly toilet, NO discussion of cost associated with this occurred. They BROKE our toilet seat and when I called them to talk about it they HUNG UP on me. This company is terrible!

Dean did the work on both visits and did a very professional job. He called ahead of time and arrived when he said he'd be there. The main water supply to the house had to be turned off in order to replace the leaky valves. I had no idea where the main was but Dean found it buried under inches of dirt and weeds. It was an archaeological expedition as we cleared dirt and weeds, pried the cover away, and turned the valve off. In addition to doing a great job with the valves, I also got an education about the plumbing in old houses. Dean was kind enough to explain things to me when I asked questions. On his second visit, he installed a garbage disposal and even replaced the ancient hose and clamps that were attached to the dishwasher. It was great prep for the new dishwasher that would be installed later that week. Would definitely hire again.

Wow!!! Was I impressed with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the nice young man who was contracted to repair the water lines in my unit. He went out of his way to contact me prior to arriving, to ensure his visit wouldn't be disruptive to my schedule. When he arrived, he had all his tools and necessary items with him. Furthermore, he brought his own tarp to lay down rather than using my white linens. He kept me apprised of the work progress, finished in an exceptionally timely fashion, and encouraged me to contact him with any other problems or concerns. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone in the area needing plumbing or heating services!!

The workers were very nice but the owner was not. They need use a set of quality products.

When I called to schedule the repair, the receptionist was professional, caring and friendly, asking all of the right questions to get our job properly lined up.
The work was scheduled later in the week.  Dean called a day early to say that he could come out right then to fix the leaks.  Unfortunately we were not home at the time.  He then called and came first thing on the appointed day.  He recognized and understood our concerns, made helpful suggestions, then went about efficiently repairing the plumbing problems. 
My husband and I were well impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of Sessions employees.

It went well.  The office staff was professional and helpful.  The plumber was on time and did what was asked.  He was nice to my grandsons and let them look at the snakes that were hiding in the box.  It was an outside job.  Their office handled getting the pressure test result to the correct office.

They did a very good and efficient job. I also liked that they did not waste any time.

In a home I am selling and I am not there often. Sessions freed up one of their people to come over and take care of the problem while I was there, saving me an extra trip. Individual was professional and took care not to make a mess under the sink.

We've always had great service from them. They took care of making sure the water was turned off and everything was flushed so there wouldn't be any build up of water in the pipes because we are not living in that house right now. They came out and got the problem assessed, we really appreciated their work. They are reliable, thorough and professional. They are always willing to listen and please the customer.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely courteous. They were really cooperative about not stranding me without any plumbing overnight until they could finish the job.

I LIKED THE END RESULT. IT DIDN'T TAKE AS LONG AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD. THERE WERE NO DELAYS AND THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL.

WE HAD SESSIONS COME FIX OUR TUB AFTER THE FIRST COMPANY'S WORK DIDN'T HOLD UP. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND THEY GUARANTEED THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT AVERAGE.

WE PURCHASED AND THEN HAD THEM REMOVE THE OLD WATER HEATER, AND INSTALL AND HOOK UP THE NEW WATER HEATER FOR US. THEY DID A FINE JOB, WERE FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL, AND DID THEIR JOB.

SESSIONS CAME AND INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH BACKING UP DRAINS. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AS TO THE COST FOR THEM TO DO THE REPAIR, AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE WOULD NEED TO DO, IF WE DECIDED TO DO THE WORK OURSELVES. WE CHOSE TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK. IT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM COMPLETELY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE PLUMBING; SO FAR SO GOOD, WE HAVE NOT ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL, AND ALL SEEMS WELL. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY FRIENDLY.

WE WERE VERY SURPRISED AT HOW FAST AND EASY IT SEEMED FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. OVERALL, WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. WE WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANOTHER JOB AND HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST WITH SIMILAR RESULTS OVERALL.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONALS WHO WERE CLEAN CUT, FRIENDLY AND PERFORMED HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY SHOWED EXCELLENT WORK ETHICS.

WE WERE PLEASED, AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH ANY OF THE WORK DONE. PROMPT, DEPENDABLE, FRIENDLY AND HAD A PROFESSIONAL WORK ETHIC. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER MARKETS AS WELL.

SESSIONS WERE SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND FIT OUR SMALL JOB INTO AN ALREADY BUSY SCHEDULE. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE AND HAD BROUGHT THE EQUIPMENT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE NECESSARY, (NO RUNNING BACK TO THE SHOP), MAKING THE VISIT QUICK AND PRODUCTIVE. HE EXPLAINED THE WHAT AND WHY'S AND TOOK GREAT CARE, CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF WHEN FINISHED. I ALWAYS HATE TO PAY FOR A TASK WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO. SINCE WE COULDN'T DO IT OURSELVES, THE FEE SEEMED REASONABLE. IT'S MUCH CHEAPER THAN BUYING MORE PROFESSIONAL TOOLS WE'D USE INFREQUENTLY.

THEY WERE GREAT AND IT WAS SUCH A RELIEF TO HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR AN AVERAGE SIZED WATER HEATER AND IT HAS WORKED JUST FINE FOR US.
