He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. I called him and he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me to try to diagnose the problem with the furnace. He discovered what the problem was and I was able to restart the furnace.
