Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. "J&M is the "go-to" for this type of work. They were very professional from start to finish. They were very knowledgable about the best practices for installing a gas line into the kitchen. They provided an accurate estimate for the length of pipe they would need to use to bring gas to the deck since they charge by the foot. They even installed a larger diameter pipe to the deck in case we ever want to install other gas appliances in the future. My only complaint is the cost, but you get what you pay for and when it comes to something like dealing with gas lines it seems important to go with a reputable company.
