First and foremost was preparing a working bathroom, so Kyle carved out time in his already busy schedule the following Tuesday and did just that. He has been back to our home 3 times since and we feel fortunate to have him each time. He is smart, professional and his communication skills are excellent. He takes the time to listen and talk through alternative solutions with clients. In our home he has tackled many remedial projects including tile/grout, flooring, plumbing and cabinetry. He takes care from setup to cleanup. His work is meticulous. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Obviously Steve enjoys doing what he does and is proud of it. He should be."
