Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."
