Less than 30 days after Reese completed the installation, we had problems with the lights; they were unable/unwilling to return and properly repair the issue

Repairing the bad breaker issue took roughly 20 minutes; mapquest shows drive time to and from their shop as 15 minutes each way.....Reese billed for 3 hrs labor

Reese Electric wired the heat pumps successfully, but in the process they De-Wired the downstairs wall heater and had to be called back to correct this issue.

We have hired this company several times in the past year. Replaced electric box and several other updates. Very professional and they do excellent work.

Reese Electric, didn't have a replacement breaker so they simply moved wires from the bad breaker location to the main breaker. Problem fixed - 20-30 minutes to complete.... 10 minutes drive time from Reese to our house.....sort of looks like it should be an hours' charge. Reese charged $265- 3 hrs time. So I called Reese and they agreed to remove 1 hour's charge from the invoice, saying that their electrician said it took far longer to complete....but, this electrician had already proven his lack of trustworthiness by attempting to get 3 hrs billing for this tiny job; there were several people present who attest to the short amt. of time this repair required. I'm, like most people, a sort who doesn't like being overcharged; it's feels like being cheated. You make the call on Reese

They showed up on time. Their work was very professional.

Went fast easy and very punctual

We were very unhappy with him. We hired him, and he brought an apprentice with him, and we had to end up paying for two people. He did not say that he would be bringing an apprentice and that we would be paying two people for a one-man job. It was very bad. It was a one-man job. The post was already out there and all he had to do was cap it off and make sure it was safe. That was totally unprofessional, and if would have had a way not to pay him, then we would have. We would not have paid him if we would have had any recourse because we thought that it was just unethical. We would never use him again or recommend him.
