Frustrating. The process that we agreed on; Brushing, cleaning debris from roof and gutters, chemical treatment was not done as agreed. After a phone discussion and a repeat trip the process was completed. It should have been completed the first time.

They worked together and fast, trimmed top of tree with dead branches that we didn't see before, and they had a chipping machine. They cleaned up all branches and even the street too. We would hire them again.

Very badly. Even before installation was complete, there were drips, paint chipping even by running a fingernail over a corner, cracking. Drawer front fell off, bracket under another fell off. I have lots of pictures.
