Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. "Carlos and his crew preformed way beyond our expectations in landscaping services and cleanup! They removed lots and lots of heavy dirt that was pushing on our failing brick wall. They removed small tree trunks, and many roots & lots of sod in an areas where they were replaced by varied sized rocks and lush artificial grass. Carlos replaced broken sprinkler heads and added new ones. Also replaced & repaired several new courtyard lights. The crew arranged many large & small pots filled with plants and flowers. Our yard is now very low maintenance and a showroom courtyard for sure! We could not be happier..Carlos will be on the top of our list for go-to contractors!"

"The staff was always prompt, stayed all day and always cleaned up the street outside our home each day. They moved in a lot of gravel and sand, plus the pavers so there was material stored out front, but Forest was always diligent about not creating a mess for neighbors to see.
