They were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. "The staff was always prompt, stayed all day and always cleaned up the street outside our home each day. They moved in a lot of gravel and sand, plus the pavers so there was material stored out front, but Forest was always diligent about not creating a mess for neighbors to see. We really appreciated that. The backyard turned out great. Just what we had wanted. We are very happy with their work. They took care of contacting all the "subs" and have their own nursery so they even provided the plants."
