"The work was done in the time frame we agreed on. He went the extra mile to be sure the work was quality and would hold up. The price was very reasonable. I’ll gladly recommend him to my friends."

"This company goes above and beyond. I have bought many houses and have used this company multiple times. They have even saved me from having to purchase new carpet for a home we had bought. They also were able to come and fix some seams that had come undone from our dogs, and they were even able to help me when my toilet had overflown and were able to get me help asap and keep me from having to redo my floors underneath my carpet. I cannot give more than a 5 start rating, but if I could They would deserve all of the praise. You will not be sorry u hired them!! They are amazing people with amazing work ethic!!"

"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Maintenance includes regular cleaning with appropriate products, periodic sealing to protect against staining and wear, and addressing minor issues before they escalate.

Costs depend on floor type, area size, and additional services like waxing or sealing.

Wood floors should be polished every two to four months to maintain a shine and to keep them protected from daily wear and tear. More frequent maintenance includes dry mopping the floors daily and cleaning spills immediately, using a spray mop and cleaner weekly to remove any built up dirt or grime, and sanding and refinishing the floors every three to five years.

Yes, you can polish an old cement floor. However, be aware that the first pass with the concrete grinder may reveal a few surprises and imperfections. You may also have to contend with the consequences of previous floor coverings, such as tile or carpet, which can leave a pattern in the concrete. Old concrete is more likely to produce uneven results if you want to use a dye or other coloring.

Suggesting regular dusting and spot cleaning to maintain freshness.
