"I called Ed on a Sunday and heard back first thing on Monday morning. He was able to fit me in that Friday, the morning after I had some pretty messy roommates move out. Ed and Karen were really friendly and quick! They were thorough and made my place look newer than when I first bought it a few months ago. I had to work from home that day but never felt like I was in the way, and felt comfortable trusting them in my space if I needed to leave the house. The floors are shining beautifully, and my ugly kitchen floors actually look nice now! The oven is spotless and they even cleaned the space between the oven and cabinetry, which is always a pain for me to get to. I did notice a few dust bunnies still roaming around the living room after they left, and the couch didn't seem to get cleaned underneath or behind. I missed that during our walk through otherwise I would have asked. All in all, exceptional work and they were done in just a couple of hours.
