"We hired Western Paver Design to redo our backyard. I was referred them by two different people in my neighborhood. I obtained multiple estimates but decided to go with WPD based on the personal recommendations as well as Joe being so friendly and knowledgeable during the estimate. He answered all of my questions, provided his expertise and input on what would work or not, and gave a fair and competitive price. Joe created a wonderful plan for our backyard based on what we wanted. He took our “wants” and ran with it. Darwin led his team with Marteen and Modesto to complete the plan and make our backyard our dream backyard. They were incredible to work with. They came and removed all of the sod that was already there. (It was installed incorrectly and looked terrible) the raised the backyard and leveled it all out and built a retaining wall around the whole yard. They installed a large paver patio (roughly 13x18) and then next to that a large turf are, about the same size. Along the house they built a small deck area to be level with the turf and against the house. This was nice so there was no large drop off area, being a hazard for the kids. On the other side of the retaining wall they built me two large raised garden beds As well. I cannot rave enough about Darwin, Marteen, and Modesto, and Joe! They were a pleasure to work with! They were professional and friendly and worked so hard each day they were here. They transformed our yard into exactly what we wanted-a large area for entertaining and BBQing, a nice turf area for the kids, and garden beds for me to grow vegetables! The end result is everything we could have imagined!"

"I can’t say enough good things about Patrick Bernard of Bernard Masonry. He isn’t just a mason, an artisan. He’s an artist. I wanted a brick walkway on the side of my house. Patrick was the second contractor I talked with, and after meeting him I didn’t need a third. He answered every question, allayed every concern and provided a detailed, satisfying bid. I watched as Patrick and his crew – Brandon and Tom – moved methodically from one phase of the project to the next. Patrick put down the bricks in a herringbone pattern. Each brick and part of a brick was placed very carefully and precisely. They had to take apart the fence gate to make room for the excavator. They put it back together better than it was. Patrick and one of his crew were on-site on time every morning and worked til evening. He said it would take five days, and it did. The cleanup was so thorough, there is no evidence they’d been there. Hire him and you’ll have no worries. These guys are good."

"I hired System Pavers to replace my back lawn with a paver patio, including a gas fire pit and walkway. I couldnâ t be happier with the result. They were very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Communication was very good throughout the process - any time a design decision or issue came up during the installation, they would reach out to me for input or confirmation, which I greatly appreciated. At one point during the installation, I sent a few questions to the project manager (Austin) via email at around 8pm on a Friday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. "It went fine. The chimney had become encrusted with moss and there were cracks in the cement on the crown. Also the flashing was rusting. Ryan ground off the old crown cement, applied new cement, pressure washed the chimney, installed new counter flashing and water seal. Now the chimney looks like new."

"They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."
