"I couldn't be happier with the professional team that completed my home project. They excavated, poured concrete for the foundation, set the blocks for the mobile home, built 3 decks, hooked up water and sewer, ran new electrical service and installed gutters to include creating a drainage system. No matter how many curves the mobile home company threw on timelines, etc. Jared, Eli and Chris were on top of scheduling and moving their other projects around to accommodate mine. They did excellent, beautiful work and I canâ  t say enough about the quality of work they completed. They were a bit more expensive than the first contractor that I received a bid from but their scope of work was more in depth, including upgraded materials, making it more economical in the long run. I even received multiple comments from the mobile home company at every stage of the project about the crews exceptional work, to include their appreciation on how they always left the job site spotless and respected the work place. I canâ  t recommend United Property Improvement highly enough. They are amazing."

"Kudos to: Rob, Lawrence, Scott, Kendall, Morgan, and Brendan. Rob made sure info. / wants/needs from things we asked to be taken care of were well known to crew in doing the various jobs. We had a partial fence built, siding cleaning, moss treatment on roof, assorted jobs taken care of inside house.They ALL did a great job EVERYWHERE. Scott, the lead contact person was very kind, and "getting the job done" kinda person doing things really well/ communicating very well! He, Lawrence, and Kendall spent extra time( working later than usual), getting the fence done so my indoor/outdoor cat could be in the backyard safely, and not get out( lost). Made me very happy they were so caring in this aspect, and many other areas, doing FANTASTIC work in all they did. EVERYONE WAS A HARD WORKER, doing really great jobs in all they did. Respectful, jobs WELL done, cleaned areas really well. They stacked the old fence boards and excess pieces of boards leftover in area specified, so we could use the wood for kindling in our wood stove. Did this very nicely! Brendan did fantastic (very careful in all areas), when doing the power washing. Moved my planter back for me so I didn't have to. Morgan took time to moss treat roof VERY WELL; wetting down the roof first, so the moss treatment powder stuck to roof, then sprayed the roof again to start the treatment to working{since no rain expected for quite a while}. He fixed the things requested inside the house:quickly, expertly, friendly,and done correctly; while respecting the areas he was working in( not to leave messes, cleaning up areas he was working in... as needed. :>) :>) Rob and Brendan moved our BBQ grill back to" it's " spot so we didn't have to. They also cleaned up excess concrete leftover and touched up the "treated" fence boards to seal well against the rain. Then took their supplies out of the way, leaving things wonderfully cleaned up. It's no wonder they're ALWAYS sooo busy, they do excellent, QUALITY work. We've had them do MANY other jobs for us, and we're STILL very happy with Rob and ALL his crew. "We needed a new vinyl click lock floor installed throughout our house. Adam and Jack were wonderful. It was a pretty big job, and they did amazing work. Very conscientious about doing a great job, timely and cleaned up every night, as we were living in the house while they worked. Can’t recommend them enough, 5 stars ⭐️ Plus !"

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"It took most of three days to cut down, separate branches from trunks, chip the branches and cut the trunks. The crew took three loads of chips, twigs and needles to the land fill. The yard hasn't been this clean in several years! Thank you Team Powers!"
