"We have a long standing relationship with Fredrick James Construction. We have worked with this company for over 10 years. They have replaced flooring for us and have done numerous home improvement projects. Our most recent project was the re-siding of our home. We had Fredrick James Construction remove our old vinyl siding, and re-side our home with Hardy Plank. We also had them replace 10 dated vinyl windows and replace them with 10 new, vinyl windows. The house looks amazing. Everyone on the crew is polite and very skilled. As with all remodel projects, some unexpected 'surprises' arose, but as usual, Fred and his crew knew exactly how to address the problem and everything turned out wonderfully. What I appreciate about Fredrick James Construction is that each of the workers are respectful, skilled and work hard to finish the project in a timely manner. We recommend Fredrick James Construction highly for any of your remodel or repair needs."

"I couldn't be happier with the professional team that completed my home project. They excavated, poured concrete for the foundation, set the blocks for the mobile home, built 3 decks, hooked up water and sewer, ran new electrical service and installed gutters to include creating a drainage system. No matter how many curves the mobile home company threw on timelines, etc. Jared, Eli and Chris were on top of scheduling and moving their other projects around to accommodate mine. They did excellent, beautiful work and I canâ  t say enough about the quality of work they completed. They were a bit more expensive than the first contractor that I received a bid from but their scope of work was more in depth, including upgraded materials, making it more economical in the long run. I even received multiple comments from the mobile home company at every stage of the project about the crews exceptional work, to include their appreciation on how they always left the job site spotless and respected the work place. "We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match.We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!
