"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

He did a walk-through of my apartment and gave me a rate on the spot. He stayed in contact with me via text, phone, and email if I had a question or any notes or concern. "Marley's Movers traveled from Albany, Oregon to Las Cruces New Mexico to pick up my sister's entire household to move to Albany. They arrived right on time, got to work packing immediately.. They were both efficient and careful in packing my sister's items. Furniture was handled carefully and packed securely in the trailer with plenty of protective padding all around. The people that came to pack my sister were so kind to her. She had dementia was easily confused and forgetful. They treated her with such respect and I very happy to see that. "I had a call back right away after I put in the information for what we needed. So much nicer and better response than 2 others I had called before seeing Angie's List. And the estimate was closer to what we figured for the time. Reassured us about moving a special needs person. We liked them right off, just with phone contact. On Moving Day, they were there on time. Gave us the Royal blue carpet treatment. took great care with things, got everything in truck and then at the new place everything in the apartment and put where needed so we did not have to move furniture. Even put bed back together. Very nice, clean, and helpful. Awesome guys - THANKS!"
