"The arriving technician was cordial in dealing with me. In this period of the pandemic, he observed health protocols diligently. However, he was not as knowledgeable as he should have been regarding the subject of toilets. Cutting to the short of it, after charging me the $230 for the service call of using the 6-foot toilet snake and not addressing the performance of the toilet, I found the problem inside the reservoir tank, which he had examined. He seemed more intent on selling me a new toilet installation than he did at providing a fix."

"Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. He suggested I replace the narrow galvanized drain pipe or the clog would happen again. Which it has several times. I agreed on the replacement and he went ahead and snaked the drain so I could use the sink and washer until he could come back and do the job. I will definitely call him again."
