"We had used them a few years ago for new drapes in our living/dinning area.  We used them again because they had been so good to work with.  Lynn came out and again was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.  A few weeks later Dan came out and installed the blinds.  We specifically requested him again because he had done such a good job with the drapes.  We were not disappointed.  He is also a pleasure to work with.  He even repaired the broken cords on an old set of blinds that we had gotten somewhere else - without charge!

We had a very small window to get the carpet installed in our new house before we had to move in.  Eugene was able to fit us in and worked with our schedule.  The quote was right on, his prices were competitive if not better than most that we talked with.  He ended up having to do the project mostly by himself (as his teams were finishing up other jobs) and worked extremely hard and long hours to make sure it got done in our timeframe.  He even finished a little earlier than promised! The end result is even better than we imagined.  We cannot recommend his services enough.

"Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."

"Broken Top Window Coverings did a great job of putting in custom shutters for my sky lights at a 30 degree angle (not easy to do) and installing a Hunter Douglas custom shutter configuration for my Master Bedroom large high-arch window. We were very concerned about the lead paint issue, and Dave listened to my concerns and kindly explained his process in a non-condescending way, which I appreciated. His bid and evaluation of the house was incredibly detailed. I sent him a $500 retainer and he booked me. He had great color suggestions, which I decided to follow. He got behind on the house before mine because of rain, but he communicated this well. He then took great care in prepping the house, which was a big issue. The job turned out to be harder than expected, but he didn't waiver from the bid he gave me. They even removed horribly dense weeds to paint one side of the garage. Dave also fixed a rotted window frame, nailed down siding, and did many other small repairs on the sides of the house. The paint job turned out fantastic. Dave takes great pride in his work. I am amazed at how nice he made the house look."
