"My neighbors hired Damian to maintain their yards, and Damian's crew replaced a fence for my neighbor and I last summer. Work was excellent! This summer we hired Damian to install a patio, but after conversation we expanded the project to include replacing our lawn with new sod, installation of underground sprinkler system, weed removal and yard cleanup. "They came out and looked at the yard. The estimate was for removing the lawn, reseeding, and planting bushes. We decided not to use them. They were professional, arrived on time, and were easy to talk to. I have no complaints with them."

1) bent existing backdoor awning.  Had to be replaced.

2) layed tarps/plywood on top of flower beds killing flowers underneath.

3) knocked over water bottle in attic making a water stain on bedroom ceiling.

4) left scraps on attic floor.

5)installed roof vents over area that didn't have a hole for the vent.

Note: they did resolve most problems and adjusted price for damages, but the management should have better control over the work performed.  They constantly complained on how much Angie's List was getting from the job!
