This summer we hired Damian to install a patio, but after conversation we expanded the project to include replacing our lawn with new sod, installation of underground sprinkler system, weed removal and yard cleanup. "They came out and looked at the yard. The estimate was for removing the lawn, reseeding, and planting bushes. We decided not to use them. They were professional, arrived on time, and were easy to talk to. I have no complaints with them."

"Aden Roofing is reluctant to honor their warranty contracts. They cleaned and treated roof in 2012 with a 5 year year warranty.
When we called September 2014 to have him retreat problem areas, we were told that they didn't have a 5 year warranty, even though we have the signed contract specifying the 5 year period.  He said he would retreat the areas in April 2015. He didn't call or come in April . We called the company again and was told he would come in June.  
 
When we called again to set an appointment he was extremely rude and very unprofessional wanting to delay until September, which is unacceptable.
