"Nicholaus was great! So professional, punctual, always kept me in the loop while I was at work. It started with him just painting the fascia, but he noticed that my window frames needed peeled and repainted as well. He asked if I wanted that done too and I said absolutely! He went around my house and took off all the storm windows, peeled and sanded, and repainted them. He went to above and beyond what I had expected. He even power washed my entire house and washed my windows for no extra charge, removed my gutters and washed and replaced them better than they were before. It was about a 4 day job. I would most definitely recommend Nick to anyone and will hire him again. Very good guy. Thanks Nick!"

"We had a very good experience with this company. They were flexible in removing a couple small items from our first estimate to keep our costs under control. Bret was a really friendly guy and he met us at the paver supply location one day so that we could see the actual pavers and colors in-person, etc. They were actually able to start within 1 day of the originally-quoted start date, which is kind of rare with home improvement projects. The crews who came out to the house were nice, courteous, and seemed to be fairly hard at work the whole time they were out. They are pretty meticulous about getting things "just right", and I think they did. They removed ~800sf of exposed aggregate concrete that was worn and starting to crumble. About 2/3 of this was replaced with really nice-looking Belgard pavers, with an offsetting border color. The other 1/3 of the original space was filled with dirt and sodded. I don't have anything negative to say...there was one other company who was competitive with them on cost, but the experience and expertise of this company sold us."

Fernando is very conscientious and wants to have everything exactly right for his customer. Our house has a lot of peaks and valleys so I believe it was a bit more on the challenging side. We went with Malarkey Highlander Shingles in Natural Wood. We couldn't be more happy with the end product. We would definitely recommend his service."

"My neighbors hired Damian to maintain their yards, and Damian's crew replaced a fence for my neighbor and I last summer. Work was excellent! This summer we hired Damian to install a patio, but after conversation we expanded the project to include replacing our lawn with new sod, installation of underground sprinkler system, weed removal and yard cleanup. The work is nearly done, and our backyard looks fantastic! Damian and his crew are hard-working, fast, professional and fun. And all their work for us and our neighbors is great! Highly recommend them for yard maintenance or landscaping projects!"

"They came out and looked at the yard. The estimate was for removing the lawn, reseeding, and planting bushes. We decided not to use them. They were professional, arrived on time, and were easy to talk to. I have no complaints with them."

"Basically, the work was fine but the communication was terrible. It took them so long to get back to me after the inspection and estimate that I had given up on them.  When they did come, the repairs were done quickly but they had to come back latter to apply the moss removal chemicals on our roof. This was perfectly fine because there had to be three days of no rain and of course you have to wait for that in middle of the winter but I had no idea that they had performed this task until after I got the bill mailed to me. As they did it when no one was home and they didn't call us to let us know. It took over three months for this project to be completed and the time wasn't so much a problem if they had just kept me informed as to what was happening.
