The process of removal bared several problems with dry rot that I half expected, weird things done to the floor joists and wall studs by a previous remodel that I hadn't expected, and good flooring under a surface for which I had concerns. "Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."

Joe spent tons of time with us and had great attention to detail on what we wanted, their bid was significantly more affordable than all the competitors, they were excellent to work with throughout the installation of our concrete/stone patio, walkways, and pergola, and the finished product looks amazing and is very high quality. We worked with Darwin during the installation and he also was wonderful. Anytime there were questions, we talked it over with the team and came up with the best solution. We would highly recommend Western Paver Design and would absolutely consider using them again for more improvements to our yard."
