"Structured Holdings LLC was great! Wait, great is an understatement - Aaron’s work is impeccable. 1st I contacted him to provide a deck repair bid for a home purchase that fell through. But I was very adamant to work with him due to his wonderful kindness & patients with me as a new homeowner. So 3 wks. Later I purchased our home & immediately hired Aaron to install proper railings with returns. What blew me away way his ability to creat out customized banister to accommodate safety & partial removal features as needed. Let’s just say, he did that! I was truly amazed how he redesigned our 100 year old homes railway- which now is appealing. He also designed a remarkable barn-door for our bathroom replacing an old accordion door. When the barn-door is open it covers the linen closet. What’s cool about his design of choice is that it’s very discrete, perfect for a small hallway- he even accommodated my kids & disabled aunt by installing a beautiful large modern handle. I am truly grateful he was ability to see my vision and make it come to life! Lastly, Aaron installed a privacy basement door that was much needed. "In a word, spectacular. Carlos and his brothers are true professionals. Our home is a 90 plus year old stucco two story house. First they power washed the house and allowed it to dry for 24 hours. On day one the prepped the house, making repairs where needed, caulked the windows, removed two screen doors, all of the window screens and masked areas to allow painting the trim before the main color. Part of the project was to paint a wrought iron balcony with a third color. In addition to the house they also refinished our wood fence. The project took about 6 days to complete, some days they worked well over 12 hours. The attention to detail was very impressive, every inch of the house was examined and spot painted where needed. All items removed before painting began were reinstalled. They even moved the dirt around the foundation back to the way it was before they painted. All surfaces received two coats of premium paint, The stucco was sprayed, back rolled and allowed to dry before the second coat was applied. The result is the surface evenly covered and should last a long time. Carlos and his brother constantly asked if we were pleased and asked where we wanted the three colors applied when there was a decision necessary. The crew cleaned up each evening and did a final thorough clean up the last day, cleaning all drips and left the property in perfect condition. This is not the first house we have had painted, the workmanship and desire to satisfy was more than I expected even after reading all of the glowing reviews Distinctive Enterprises has received on Aggies list and other sites I researched. The price was fair, not inexpensive but well worth the cost. Carlos is very easy to work with, from the estimate to completion he was happy to answer all questions and provide valuable suggestions. The next time we need painting done, inside or outside we now have found a reliable, quality company."

We are pretty much through the rough weather season and that was not necessary as everything seems to have been taken care of properly on the first visit."

"Big thank you to Fermin and the team at West Coast, they were amazing! They went above and beyond. We have a flat portion of our roof, which is apparently more difficult to install, and it was hard to find a company that would do it. They not only did it, but added slope to it for us so that it's not a flat roof anymore. So awesome! They put on a new roof, vents, and gutters, painted our outside trim, and did a great job with all of the woodwork that was rotting and had to be replaced. But above all, they were friendly, flexible and very reasonable. We will definitely call on them again if we have any roofing or painting jobs"
