This company is the worst, if you are considering doing business with them I suggest you don't, they installed my gate and in less than 24 hours it broke due to it not being installed properly, they said they do not cover parts even though they installed it incorrectly. Now they are referring me to the manufacturer for damages that occurred due to bad installation. For $15,000, I'd imagine that I'd get a little more assistance on something they screwed up on.

I talked to Sam at 10am and we had an appointment for 2pm the same day. He came on time asked me what I wanted and needed. I told him that I needed a new fence and gate to secure my home and my pets.
