I’ve met Sean twice now and I’m sold! We originally hired Sean in April to exterminate odorous house ants. Sean returned last week for FREE (I’m astounded!) to help take care of an urgent wasp issue. We have small children and he came to our rescue. He’s a genuine, honest individual who speaks his mind. Sean provides customer education — essentially working himself out of a job, though it also builds customer loyalty. His level of responsiveness and integrity is invaluable. Our ants are gone, we now have a plan for getting rid of wasp, Sean’s price is reasonable, and he didn’t try to trap us into a contract. We absolutely recommend Portland Pest Guard.

Nothing short of stellar service from Portland Pest Guard. We had a roof rat living in our attic; Sean arrived to place traps, but also made a thorough inspection of the house and potential holes where the rat was entering. He followed up with multiple visits to the house to check on traps he put in the attic. This is unrelated to the service provided, but he also alerted me of some flashing issues on our roof. He was awesome to work with, and I definitely recommend him for pest control.

Sean returned my call the same day. He was Punctual, Professional and found the breaches that allowed the rodent problem. Within 6 hours of his first visit we caught the large rat. We were thrilled, as this was in our home! We live in an upscale neighborhood that is super clean, with maintained homes and gardens. We were shocked to find we had Rats!!! There were mice too! In our garage and under our home. Sean walked our entire home inside and out, he repaired the screens that were compromised and set traps. Sean gets a five star rating for a quick and complete remedy. He will be our "go to" Pest guard Professional for Ants, Rodents and other pest. Grateful we picked Portland Pest Guard!
