"We have been very impressed by Marteeny Construction. They did a fantastic and detailed job of tile replacement for us. More impressively, each day of the project, they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Before beginning, they put up plastic barriers at every doorway and area open to other parts of the house. Several doorways had plastic barriers with zippers so we were able to access all the rooms that we needed. Every night, they wiped down surfaces, woodwork, stairways and walls. They worked long and hard every day, showed up when they told us they would, and finished within budget. Despite the fact that it was obvious to us that there were some unexpected conditions caused by previous work and the structure and age of the house, there were no upcharges or change orders. Overall one of the best contractors we have ever seen over our many years and many homes. We would highly recommend Marteeny Construction."

"Very reasonable price. I had an 80' long retaining wall built to level off my property and protect my foundation. He and another worker came out on the 2 hottest days we've had and knocked it out. He used good quality materials and has his own equipment to handle this size job. He and his worker were both very polite and respectful to me and my property. They cleaned up at night and tried to minimize the impact of their work to the rest of my property. This is someone to remember for other projects. Thanks Eric!!"
