"Amoudou and his crew work very hard for the positive reviews they receive on angies list.  What impressed me:
1) Accuracy of estimate.  Did not go over, and did not charge me for extra services that are required when working on an older home like mine.
2) Cleanup.  All crews were very neat and tidy, cleaned up what they had done.
3) Punctuality.  Everyone came when they said they would, and kept to the schedule.  Accommodating of schedule changes due to unforeseen project complications.
4) Willing to go the extra mile.  A couple of things weren't 100% to my liking, and these minor issues were addressed.  They were proactive in asking how satisfied I was, and had no trouble having people to come out again.  One issue was there was a minor gap between the drywall and the window sill, which they came out and filled with an insulating foam.  The other was there was a small gap in the grout, also fixed free of charge.
What could have gone better with the project:
1) I didn't realize the roof vent would be so large, shiny, and metal, which sticks out visually from my roof.  I'll need to have this painted.  Not necessarily their fault, but I just didn't know that it would look that way or I would have painted it before it went up there.
2) Amoudou doesn't do electrical or plumbing.  I think this is actually better as far as GC's go.  However, I had to interface between the electrician/plumber and the drywaller/tiler.  I think, looking back on it, there were definitely times that I should have had the electrician talk directly to amoudou/tiler...because not being an expert it was difficult for me to effectively communicate issues between the two groups."
